Delete My Account

Timecapsulr allows users to request deletion of their account and personal information.

If you no longer want to use Timecapsulr, you may request that we delete your account by following the instructions below.

You can request account deletion by contacting us at:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name, if available.
• The email address connected to your Timecapsulr account.
• A clear request stating: “I want to delete my Timecapsulr account.”

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or deactivate personal information associated with your account, including where applicable:

• Your profile information.
• Your saved tasks.
• Your schedules.
• Your reminders.
• Your preferences.
• Your AI-generated schedule history.
• Your account settings.

Once your account is deleted, you may no longer be able to access your Timecapsulr account, saved tasks, reminders, or schedule history.

Some information may be retained for limited purposes if required or permitted by law.

This may include information needed for:

• Legal compliance.
• Fraud prevention.
• Security.
• Dispute resolution.
• Payment records, if paid features are used.
• Backup systems.
• Enforcement of our Terms of Service.

We will not retain your personal information longer than necessary for these purposes.

Deleting your account may stop future reminders, push notifications, emails, and SMS messages connected to your account.

If you receive SMS messages from Timecapsulr, you may also opt out at any time by replying: STOP

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

In most cases, account deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification.

Before requesting deletion, please understand that:

• Account deletion may be permanent.
• Deleted schedules, tasks, reminders, and account data may not be recoverable.
• You may lose access to paid features connected to your account.
• Active subscriptions may need to be canceled separately through your app store, payment provider, or account settings.

If Timecapsulr offers paid subscriptions, deleting your account may not automatically cancel billing through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors.

You are responsible for canceling any active subscription through the platform where you subscribed.
