We are not responsible for missed reminders, delayed notifications, device issues, internet issues, or schedule conflicts.

You remain responsible for your own tasks, commitments, appointments, and obligations.

You may enter tasks, notes, goals, schedules, preferences, and other content into Timecapsulr.

You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant Timecapsulr permission to process, store, display, and use your content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the service.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Misuse AI features.

Timecapsulr may rely on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, analytics, payments, notifications, email, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, policies, or actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or by updating the effective date.
